About ResLink

Built by a host, for hosts

ResLink started as a private page for one cleaner. I rent out a house, and every week the same small task came round: work out which days needed a clean, and get that to the person doing it. A screenshot of the calendar. A message that was already out of date by the time it was read. A guest arriving on a day nobody had mentioned.

The software built for this problem is aimed at property managers with dozens of units. It schedules staff, issues invoices, runs marketplaces, and charges accordingly. For one house and one cleaner it is expensive, and worse, it is complicated enough that the cleaner stops using it — which puts you straight back to sending screenshots.

So the rule here is that the cleaner never has to do anything. No app to install, no account, no password. They open a link and see which days need them, in their own language, updated on its own. Everything ResLink does has to survive that test.

It is a small product on purpose. If it ever starts asking your cleaner to log in, something has gone wrong.

Who is behind it

ResLink is operated by Centaury Hospitality LLC, an Arizona company. It is a small operation, which means the person who answers your email is the person who builds it. Tell us what is missing — that is still how the next thing gets decided.
