Getting started

What does ResLink actually do?: It reads the calendar your booking platform already publishes, and turns it into one plain page of cleaning dates that your cleaner can open on their phone. That is the whole product.
Which platforms work?: Anything that gives you an iCal link: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Lodgify, Hostaway, Guesty, Smoobu and most channel managers. If your platform has a “export calendar” or “sync calendar” option, that is the link you need.
Where do I find that link?: On Airbnb it is under the listing’s availability settings, called “Export calendar”. On most other platforms look for iCal, calendar sync or calendar export. Paste the whole address — it usually ends in .ics.
How long does setup take?: About two minutes for one property. There is nothing to install.

Does my cleaner need an account?: No. No app, no password, no sign-up. They open a link and see the dates. That is deliberate — the moment a tool asks a cleaner to register, it stops being used.
What exactly can they see?: Arrival and departure dates, how long the stay was, which property it belongs to, and whether the same day has another arrival. They cannot see guest names, guest contact details, what anyone paid, or anything about your account.
Is the link safe to send by WhatsApp?: Yes, and that is the intended way. The address is long and random, so it cannot be guessed. Treat it like a house key: give it only to people who need it, and replace it when someone stops working for you.
Can I stop an old link from working?: Yes. Generate a new one from your property page and the old address stops working immediately.
Does the page work in Spanish?: Yes. The cleaner page follows the language of the phone opening it, in English or Spanish.

How often does it update?: ResLink re-reads your feed regularly through the day. Booking platforms publish their feeds on their own schedule, so a change made on Airbnb can take a little while to appear anywhere, including here.
What if a booking is missing?: It is almost always the feed rather than ResLink. Open your property page and refresh it, then check the same dates on your booking platform. If they disagree for more than a few hours, write to us.
Can I block dates myself?: Block them on your booking platform and they will flow through as an owner block, which your cleaner sees as a normal occupied period.

What does it cost?: The first seven days are free and we do not ask for a card. After that, up to 3 properties is $14.90 a month and larger portfolios are $29.90 a month. See the pricing page for the details.
Can I cancel?: Any time, from your account page. You keep the service until the end of the period you already paid for.
Does my cleaner pay?: No. Never.

What do you store?: Your email address, your property names, the feed addresses you paste, and the booking dates read from them. Not guest names, not contact details, not prices. The privacy policy lists all of it.
Do you sell any of it?: No, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers on the cleaner page.
Can I delete everything?: Yes, yourself, from your account page. It removes your properties, feeds and links, and it cannot be undone.
