Turno is the biggest name in short-term rental turnovers, and for a lot of hosts it is the right answer. Here is the short, honest version — including the part where you should not pay us.
Turno runs a marketplace: it will find you a cleaner. If you need one, use Turno. We have nothing like it. ResLink assumes you already have someone you trust, and exists to keep that person informed.
Turno is free for a single property. Beyond that, their published price is $10 per property per month. We charge one price for up to 3 properties, not a price for each one.

At one property we are more expensive than free, and we are not going to argue with free.
Opens a link. That is the whole thing — no app, no account, no password, no training, nothing to update. It is in Spanish if they read Spanish, and it marks the same-day turnovers, because those are the days that go wrong.
If your cleaner is one person who has done your house for three years and communicates by text message, that matters more than any feature either of us could list.

That is not a roadmap, it is the product. Every one of those is another screen and another thing to go wrong, and refusing them is the reason your cleaner needs no account. If you want the full toolkit, buy the full toolkit — it will always do more than we do.
