ResLink is run by one small company, but it stands on three suppliers. These are the only companies that can see any part of your data, and this page says what each one sees and where it keeps it.

Supabase Inc.

What it does
Database, sign-in and the scheduled calendar import.
What it can see
Everything stored: account email, property names, calendar feed addresses, booking dates and cleaner links.
Where
Canada — AWS ca-central-1, Montreal.

Vercel Inc.

What it does
Website hosting and the pages that render the cleaner link.
What it can see
Data in transit as a page is built, plus short-lived request logs including IP addresses.

Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.)

What it does
Sending sign-in emails, password resets and alerts about a stopped calendar feed.
What it can see
Account email address and the contents of those messages. No booking dates.

Payments are not on this list yet. When card payments are switched on, the payment provider will be added here, and it will never receive your booking dates.
